- Website scans: When we perform a health check on your website, we analyze publicly available information (page speed, SSL status, HTTP headers, etc.). No private data from your site is accessed.

- Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
- Email correspondence is used solely to respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
- Scan results are used to generate your health check report.

Cookies
We do not use cookies. Our analytics tool (Umami) is cookieless, and we do not use any tracking, advertising, or session cookies.

- Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be tied to individuals.
- Emails are retained for as long as needed to provide our service.
- Health check reports are stored for delivery purposes only.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (primarily email correspondence) by contacting us. Since our analytics are anonymous and aggregated, there is no personal data to delete there.
